Erich Schwenk is a Realtor and the Designated Managing Broker for the The Pineapple Brand Company. He has a passion for hospitality and created the company around high levels of customer service, communication, transparency, and above all – trust.

Erich is a Trustee for the Village of Mundelein, IL, where he chairs several committees and has served the community, now in his second term.

Before launching The Pineapple Brand Company, Erich served 20+ years as a Flight Attendant. He has a background in web development, digital communications, and project management. Bringing years of service, knowledge and these skills to property and association management, he aims to help you reach your property investment goals.
